CBC/Radio-Canada Pension Administration Centre (PAC)

What PAC does ‒ Calculates and processes all pension benefits (retirement, termination, buybacks, marriage breakdown, death, etc.); provides annual statements; supports the secure website that provides Pension Plan information, the Pension Projection Tool and the Buyback Tool.

CBC/Radio-Canada internal mail
Address your correspondence to the CBC/Radio-Canada Pension Administration Centre and drop it in the internal mail. The CBC/Radio-Canada mailroom will mail it to the Pension Administration Centre on your behalf.

Shared Services Centre (SSC) at CBC/Radio-Canada

What SSC does ‒ sends retirement and termination dates and pension-related data to PAC; deducts contributions for pension and buyback; reports pension-related information on tax slips.
